Data we process

The app may process account email, location, route requests, vehicle profile, chat messages, voice recordings submitted for transcription, incident reports and tachograph/Bluetooth data when those features are used. The website may receive basic server logs and messages sent through email.

Why we process it

Data is used to authenticate users, calculate and display routes, find parking and fuel, provide AI assistance, preserve user-owned records, improve reliability and protect the service from abuse.

Service providers

Depending on the feature, data may be sent to mapping, AI and infrastructure providers including Mapbox, TomTom, Google, OpenAI, Railway and their underlying hosting partners. Only the information needed for the requested function should be sent.

Shared road reports

Camera, police or hazard reports may be shared with other users. Public responses should not expose the reporter’s email address. Reports may include coordinates, type and time.

Retention and control

Retention depends on the record and product stage. Users may request access, correction or deletion by emailing ceo@truckexpoai.com. Diagnostic records may be retained where necessary for security and service integrity.

Location and safety

Location is processed for navigation and nearby services. TruckExpoAI does not intend to sell personal data. The current MVP should not be used as the sole source for legal or safety decisions.
